Thank you....

Everyone has a great business idea....everyone. At some time in your life you will say "hey..I've got an idea"...and you won't know what to do with it. It might be the next greatest invention or a concept that fits a niche market. You might think "if only there was a better way to _____".

I had one of those 'aha' moments but really never thought about turning that idea into an actual business. Then one day a friend of mine (who listened to me go on and on about this idea) finally said "you should just start your own business"! WHAT?? Me??

If you find yourself in that situation....think about it, write it down, talk to friends and family about your idea and then, if you dream about it, think about it during your favorite TV show...if that idea just won't leave you alone then let take action!

I was introduced to a wonderful organization called Ladies Who Launch, the first new media company to provide resources and connections for women entrepreneurs.

Under the direction of Traci Long (who is now CEO of Ladies Who Launch) I was able to see my idea come to life.

Through Ladies Who Launch, I met Angela Stalcup, the leader of Ladies Who Launch-Atlanta and founder of The Curvvy Life. Angela introduced me to Laura Scholz - the defacto PR guru and ultimate people connector - of Scholz Communications.

Laura introduced me to The Crave Company, celebrating and passionately supporting locally owned businesses.

Without these amazing women and the companies they represent, I would still be wondering if my little idea was even worth thinking about. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
